2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, third parties, or the security of the Services.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, specifications, formats, prices, availability, and other information accurately. However, packaging, labels, colors, design details, or manufacturer information may change without notice.

For Summit® Mosquito Bits®, Mosquito Dunks®, and other regulated or label-directed products, customers must read and follow the product label, dosage, precautions, approved uses, and local requirements applicable to their market. Website information does not replace the manufacturer's label or legally required instructions.

Product availability and permitted uses may vary by destination or market. We may decline or cancel an order where sale or shipment would violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, manufacturer restrictions, or other regulatory requirements.

4. PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges are displayed at checkout where required.

We may update prices and promotions at any time before an order is placed. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where correction is required by law or where there is an obvious pricing error that could not reasonably have been understood as the intended price.

5. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, depending on the applicable checkout process and law.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including lack of stock, incorrect product or pricing information, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, regulatory restrictions, or an inability to deliver to the address provided.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We do not independently control the processing times, authentication requirements, or security procedures of third-party payment providers.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, damaged-order procedures, and return information are described in our Shipping & Returns page and any information displayed at checkout.

Our current advertised delivery targets are approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch for France and approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch for eligible European destinations. These are estimates and may vary.

8. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Where applicable, consumers purchasing at a distance may benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal. The applicable conditions, deadlines, return procedure, and refund process are described in our Shipping & Returns page.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEES
Products sold to consumers remain subject to the mandatory legal guarantees and remedies provided by applicable consumer law, including legal conformity and hidden-defect protections where applicable.

Commercial statements, website descriptions, or voluntary customer-service policies do not replace or reduce mandatory statutory guarantees.
